Miss Nell Day at FBC
Nell Roden Northern began working in the nursery at First Baptist in 1957. After some health problems including knee surgery she decided she would be unable to properly care for the babies any longer.
Nell was presented a plaque in the morning service to recognize her long years of faithful service. Her family packed three rows in the center section.
Later we had a fellowship meal with everyone having a chance to visit with Nell.

Nell was so excited to see many of her former "babies" all grown up now. There were quite a few former members that returned to honor Nell today.
