50 Years After High School

The Class of '59 from Grandview High School celebrated homecoming this year with a special reunion. We met for lunch at the community center in downtown followed by an afternoon of visiting and reminiscing. This was only our second time to be together since high school. We had met after 30 years also. Everyone so enjoyed the time together that it was generally agreed to meet again next year - perhaps in a less formal setting.

In attendance this time were: Elizabeth Barnes Hewlett and Jack of Cleburne, Kenneth Bosher of Little Rock, AR, Jerry Dan Cook of Kennesaw, GA, Glenda Lyle Bruner and Eugene of Grandview, Linda Pullin Cochard and Dave of Union, MO, Bobby Rockett and Linda of Flower Mound, Gerald VanZandt and Lou of Palmer, Roger Webb and Denise of Palmer, Barbara White Johnson and Mac of Grandview, and Kenneth and Jerry Priest Pipes of Grandview.

In Memorium: Johnny Johnson, Georgia Stewart Wigington, Pat VanZandt, Judy Wallace Campbell and Robert Watson.
