Christmas Lights

Grandma and Grandpa went to Cleburne tonight. After Wal-mart we enjoyed the Christmas lights.

On Westhill Street many of the houses were using only white lights and each one had 3 trees of white lights in their yard. This is a photo of some of the white trees but in the picture the lights are not white. Can you explain that to me?

The next pictures are from Whistlestop Christmas in Hulen Park. There must be millions of lights in the park! The weather was perfect for enjoying the lights tonight. The air was cold and crisp but completely calm. It was a perfect Silent Night with only a few people strolling around the park.

Even the old steam locomotive is decorated with lights.

Then there is a train made entirely of lights.

Here is the Texas Section.

On the road between Cleburne and Grandview we noticed this family that is getting a new gas well for Christmas. See the drilling rig just beyond the house.

I wondered if we went to the same Whistlestop Christmas that you did! I didn't see most of those that you photographed! Guess it makes a difference when you're trying to keep up with 3 running preschoolers!
