It's Coming!

This was the view from our house early Friday morning. The sky was completely clear overhead but we could see the first bands of storm clouds looming in the south. At this time the center of hurricane IKE was still more than 200 miles out in the gulf.




I have been doing some roofing repair but my back refuses to work very long at a time. I searched some roofing pages that said 15 to 20 years was the expected life of a built up roof so I guess we need to replace the entire roof coating.
