Signs of Spring
We were welcomed home from the hospital by one lonely daffodil.
The redbud tree just outside our bedroom window is covered with buds. This is a native plant that I transplanted from the Chambers creek bottomlands.

First blooms are so exciting! None of my daffodils came up. Maybe they didn't get enough rain at the right time? Huh... actually, they got no rain until just a little bit recently. Maybe that explains it...
