Church Electricity

I have been taking bids from various electric providers for electric service for the church for next year. The best bid is seventeen cents per kwh. Our rate at home is thirteen and a half cents per kwh. I think maybe the business rate figures higher per kwh because we require a high capacity feed but do not use it all the time. If we used about the same amount of energy every day the rate per kwh would be lower. This works to advantage for those churches that use their buildings for schools and day care during the week.
