Mexican Eagle?

We saw a pair of interesting birds sitting in the road as we drove to Maypearl.  They were a little larger than a big crow and had interesting white markings.  When they flew the overall shape was like that of a falcon.  Of course I didn't get a picture but Greg Lasley has some very good copyrighted pictures of these magnificent birds on his web page.
