Storm Damage Recovery
Construction is progressing rapidly on the storm damaged high voltage transmission line. The new towers have been erected and most of the wires strung. Here you can see that the new towers are of a different design from the old towers. The wires are being pulled across the temporary rollers that are installed for that purpose.

If you look closely in the shot below you can tell that the wires still droop a little meaning that they have not been fully tensioned yet. These towers are about a quarter mile apart and the wires between each tower weigh almost 4 tons.
