Saturday In The Park

Saturday we drove to Pinnacles National Monument about 3 hours south of San Francisco. We enjoyed a picnic lunch watching the wildlife as a little squirrel kept coming to the table looking for bits of food.

There were lots of woodpeckers around.

The trail was steep but the view was spectacular!

This morning I took a leisurely walk around the neighborhood about 10 am. It was just chilly enough that I tried to stay in the sunny areas and avoid the shade.
