Sunrise

Lynne called this morning to say that the sun was brilliant today. Here is a shot with my Olympus camera at 3072 X 2304 using the sunset scene setting.




And then a shot with my Panasonic at 640 X 480 on auto.


There were no clouds so I think the color was coming from a layer of pollution.

This building housed the bank when we began doing business there in 1963.

Not To Be Outdone

Jeff's post from a few days ago prompted me to make another attempt at lunar photography. This was on Sept. 28 at 3:38 am. But I have forgotten the setting that I used to capture this. The picture is 640 X 480 and about .6 mega pixel resolution taken with the still feature of my movie camera.
